The law offices of Michael J. Marra LLB provide a full range of services in the family law field, including custody/access, joint custody & shared parenting arrangements, property division and equalization and spousal and child support determination in married and common law situations. Mr. Marra is a family law lawyer with a broad range of experience dealing with complex financial situations with an extensive corporate and business clientele who are engaged in the process of achieving an early resolution of the various issues that arise upon separation.

Over the years, Mr. Marra has enjoyed the benefits of a loyal referral base of former clients and other lawyers who appreciate the common sense, solution-oriented approach that he employs.

Although Mr. Marra is a firm believer in early, fair and balanced resolutions, he appears regularly in Courts throughout the GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Tri-Cities. He is well known and regarded as a fair and straight forward counsel who is intent on achieving solutions through the Court process - rather than creating problems or issues.

Although Mr. Marra has traditionally carried on a significant portion of his practice in the Courts in high conflict cases, he is now only taking cases where the clients are both committed to a collaborative approach to resolution.

A committed family law reformer, Mr. Marra is constantly striving and searching for a better and more efficient way to help clients achieve an acceptable resolution at a minimum of emotional and financial cost.
