Mr. Marra is a family law lawyer with a broad range of experience dealing with complex financial situations with an extensive corporate and business clientele who are engaged in the process of achieving an early resolution of the various issues that arise upon separation.

Although Mr. Marra is a firm believer in early, fair and balanced resolutions, he appears regularly in Courts throughout the GTA, Golden Horseshoe and Tri-Cities. He is well known and regarded as a fair and straight forward counsel who is intent on achieving solutions through the Court process - rather than creating problems or issues.

Although he is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator, Mr. Marra carries on a significant portion of his practice in the Courts in high conflict cases.

Consultations are available for a fee of $350.00. If Mr. Marra is retained at the initial consultation, the $350.00 fee is waived and the actual time spent is charged at the normal hourly rate according to the retainer agreement with the first 1/2 hour at no charge.
